Salad dressing preparation
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Sea salt and ground black pepper.
Mix the olive oil and lemon juice and season with salt and ground black pepper to taste. Then we leave it aside at room temperature
Greek salad recipe
- 1 heart of Romain lettuce, coarsely chopped.
- 2 well-flavored tomatoes, cut into wedges.
- 1 cucumber, halved crosswise and thickly sliced.
- 4oz/ 125g feta cheese crumbled
- 2oz /60g pitted black olive.
- 6 red radishes, cut each into wedges
- 2 spring onions, sliced
- 2 rounds pita bread, cut each bread into wedges.
- Olive oil for brushing
1. Place the chopped lettuce, tomato wedges, sliced cucumber into a salad bowl, then add feta cheese, spring onion, black olive, red radishes. Combine them together
2. Pour the dressing over the salad. Toss the dressing into the salad well.
3. With Pita bread: Heat the pan over the medium heat.Brush both sides of pita bread with olive oil.Place the Pita bread wedges in the pan to make them hot then turn to the other side.
Divide salad on plates, place hot pita bread separately, with a small cup salad dressing and serve.
